Program Overview & Career Prospects The Master in Management program offers a rigorous foundation in business strategy, leadership, and financial management. Graduates will possess essential skills to advance their careers across various industries, enhancing their professional roles and developing the qualities required for effective innovation and leadership.
Curriculum This dynamic curriculum is delivered through diverse methods, including case studies, group projects, coursework, simulations, and guest lectures from local organizations. To earn a Master of Science in Management degree, students must complete 36 credits, with the possibility of waiving up to 6 credits based on prior academic achievements.
- Core components consist of 30 credits (10 courses), with a Capstone requirement where students can choose between a Research Project (MGMT798) or a Professional Internship (MGMT799).
- Additionally, students have the flexibility to select 6 elective credits (2 courses) from graduate-level offerings.
Admission Requirements To be considered for admission to Lasell University’s Communication graduate degree or certificate programs, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and demonstrate the potential for success in graduate studies through academic or work-related achievements. No GMAT/GRE scores are necessary for admission.

International Applicants This program is eligible for F-1 visa holders. International applicants must provide English equivalency through one of the following methods: TOEFL scores (minimum required score is 80 iBT), IELTS (minimum required score is 6.0), Pearson PTE Academic (minimum score is 53), or Duolingo (minimum required score is 105). English equivalency requirements may be waived for international applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
